The English agreement and privacy notice are the authoritative alpha terms. Other website interface text is translated for accessibility.
1. Purpose and pre-release status
Aeranor is unfinished, confidential pre-release software provided only to evaluate functionality, usability, reliability and safety-related presentation. Features may be incomplete, inaccurate, changed or withdrawn without notice. Participation is voluntary and does not create employment, agency, partnership or entitlement to a future product.
2. Eligibility and approval
You must be at least 18, provide accurate application information and be individually approved by Aeranor. Approval is personal, discretionary, revocable and limited to the Google account and one Android device accepted by Aeranor. An application or invitation does not guarantee continued access.
3. Limited testing licence
Aeranor grants an approved tester a temporary, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to install and use the supplied build solely for private alpha testing. No ownership or broader licence is transferred. All rights not expressly granted remain reserved by Aeranor.
4. Confidentiality and no distribution
You must not publish, forward, upload, sell, sublicense, share, mirror, sideload for another person, or otherwise distribute Aeranor, its APKs, access invitations, Gateway details, documentation, interface assets, source-derived information or other intellectual property. Do not share credentials or permit another person to use the approved installation.
5. Screenshots and disclosure
Do not publicly share screenshots, screen recordings, photographs, feature descriptions, benchmarks, catalogue data, unreleased plans or testing discussions. Private screenshots may be submitted only through Aeranor’s protected feedback channel when reasonably necessary to explain a problem. Remove unrelated personal, client, location and operational information before submission. Written permission is required for any other disclosure.
6. Technical restrictions
Do not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, extract, copy, modify, bypass access controls, probe infrastructure, discover credentials, interfere with the Gateway, automate abusive requests or attempt unauthorised access. Normal observation and reproduction of defects through the provided user interface is permitted and encouraged.
7. Flight safety and legal compliance
Aeranor is a record-keeping aid, not flight authorisation, airworthiness certification, regulatory advice, weather assurance, detect-and-avoid capability or a substitute for pilot judgement. You remain solely responsible for aircraft condition, site assessment, weather checks, permissions, airspace, local law, privacy, safe operation and deciding whether to fly. Never test while it would distract from active flight duties.
8. Data, privacy and weather processing
The alpha may process account identifiers, application information, diagnostics, analytics, device/build information, feedback, installation status and weather-request coordinates/times. Flight and pilot records remain primarily on the tester’s device unless a feature clearly states otherwise. Gateway requests transmit the minimum information needed to authorise the installation and obtain weather. Data is used to operate, secure and improve the alpha, review access and investigate defects. Do not enter third-party personal or commercially sensitive data unless you are authorised to do so.
9. Feedback and submitted material
You may submit bug reports, suggestions and other feedback. You retain ownership of original material you submit, but grant Aeranor a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free right to use, reproduce, modify and incorporate that feedback into Aeranor without attribution or payment. Do not submit material you lack permission to share.
10. Reliability, backups and risk
Pre-release software may crash, miscalculate, lose data, consume battery or network resources, display incomplete weather, or behave unexpectedly. Keep independent records and backups appropriate to your operations. You install and test at your own risk. Stop using the build and report any behaviour that could create a safety, privacy or security concern.
11. No warranty and limitation
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the alpha is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of accuracy, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Aeranor does not promise that defects will be corrected or that the service will remain available. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
12. Security and incident reporting
Promptly report suspected credential exposure, unauthorised access, data disclosure or security defects to aeranor.uas@gmail.com. Do not publicly disclose a suspected vulnerability before Aeranor has had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and respond.
13. Termination and deletion
You or Aeranor may end participation at any time. On termination, rejection or request, stop using Aeranor, uninstall the alpha and delete any APKs or confidential copies in your possession. Confidentiality, intellectual-property, feedback, restriction, risk and limitation terms continue where their nature requires. Aeranor may disable installation access without prior notice to protect testers, infrastructure or the project.
14. Changes and complete understanding
Aeranor may update this agreement for later builds. Material changes require renewed acceptance before continued testing. If one provision cannot be enforced, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted. This agreement and an approved application form the complete private-alpha understanding unless Aeranor agrees otherwise in writing.
